Acceptance
By creating an account on dltd.app or using the DLTD iOS app or browser extension you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Subscriptions and auto-renew
Subscriptions billed via Stripe (web and Business tier) renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Subscriptions billed via Apple are governed by Apple's terms in addition to these.
Refunds
Web subscriptions: pro-rated refunds within 14 days of the most recent charge if no abusive use has occurred. App Store purchases: handled by Apple per their refund policy.
Acceptable use
You will not use DLTD to harass, intimidate, or surveil any person who is not a member of your household and over whom you do not have legal guardianship. Family Connect is intended for parents monitoring their own children. Misuse leads to immediate account termination.
Service availability
DLTD is provided “as is.” We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

For billing or account disputes, email support@dltd.app. We respond within two business days. For everything else, contact hello@dltd.app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [jurisdiction placeholder], USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
